DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY – ONLINE SHOP AND PAINT SHOP

DELIVERY POLICY

When you place an order from our Online Store or from our Online Paint Shop, you are given the option to choose whether you want to pick up your order from our shop or whether you want us to deliver your order to your address. All online orders are processed within 2 working days max.

If you choose the Pickup option, we will inform you by SMS as soon as your order is ready and you can pick it up from our shop in 1, Triq Pawlu Grech, Iklin anytime from 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday.

If you choose the Delivery option, we endeavour to deliver to your address within 2 working days. Delivery for orders of €50 or more will be free while a delivery fee of €10 will be charged for orders less than €50. Deliveries will be carried out anywhere in Malta however if our delivery person doesn’t find anyone at the address you specified, he will leave you a note with instructions to pick up your order from the shop. Delivery will be attempted just once.

 

RETURNS POLICY

When purchasing mixed/tinted products, it is the responsibility of the customer to check colour and gloss. Tinted products are mixed specifically for customer orders so we cannot accept returns. All online orders are considered final and we do not accept returns. This applies both all items sold through our website.
